- Only the materials included in the original package and listed in the product description will be used for the Basic Stitching option currently offered on our website.
- The outfit will be stitched to closely resemble the design shown in the product image, based on the available fabric and material.
- Applique for embroidered patches will be included in this, if applicable.
- No extra embellishments or fine detailing will be added.
- Custom-stitched orders require additional processing time of 15 - 25 working days.
- If you need a specific fit or adjustment, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp, email or Instagram before we begin stitching. Just like our other products, custom-stitched pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

• Can be ironed, steam ironing is recommended.

- At Nour, while we aim to accurately display colors, slight variations may occur due to fabric dyeing, lighting, digital photography, and monitor settings.
- Handwoven fabrics may feature natural variations, including darker threads and differences in patterns or handmade details, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
- We do not offer any cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges under normal conditions. Please refer to our policy page for more details.
- In case of cancellation due to product unavailability or any fulfillment-related concern resulting in cancellation, the refund will be issued only in the form of store credit, as per our store policy.
- Tassels, pearls, embellishments, or any add-ons shown in the photos will not be included in the package unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
- In some cases, the unstitched material may not be sufficient to stitch the exact styling shown in brand shoots.
